Kingston Declaration

The World Anti-doping Agency as part of its five-year Strategic Plan (2020-2024) has been engaging with stakeholders involved in anti-doping in an effort “to increase support, unity and coherence in everyone’s efforts” in the fight against doping in sport. In this regard, regional meetings have been held with Ministers with Responsibility for Sport, as they influence policy in those countries.

• Recognising the important role that Governments play in driving policy related to the global fight to protect fair play and promote clean sport; and
• In keeping with the desire to continue to build on the progress, the Ministers responsible for Sport in the Caribbean Region are grateful to have participated in the third WADA Forum on Anti-Doping in Sport here in Kingston, Jamaica.
