WADA has developed doping control documentation in partnership with athletes, International Federations, National Anti-Doping Organizations, laboratories, and other stakeholders to standardize documentation and simplify the doping control process for athletes and sample collection personnel.
Should Anti-Doping Organizations (ADOs) wish to use the forms, WADA is able to coordinate the replacement of its logo with the ADO’s logo, or, for smaller orders, can arrange the printing of forms without a logo.
WADA has also prepared detailed work instructions to explain the forms, for information and training purposes.
