Director, Communications

Julie Masse joined WADA in December 2008 as the Agency’s Communications Director.

Julie Masse has 20 years of experience acquired mainly at Bombardier Transportation, an international rail equipment manufacturer servicing a customer base essentially composed of public authorities. In that position, she led a wide array of communications initiatives including the development of innovative strategies and the implementation of global communications programs for worldwide positioning campaigns.

Prior to joining WADA, Julie Masse worked in the public sector where she was involved in projects addressing the reconstitution of municipalities on the Island of Montreal and the modernisation of Montreal’s university health centres. In that capacity, she managed communications projects characterised by broad-ranging socio-political and socio-economic dimensions.
