The European Regional Office, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is mainly responsible for liaising with International Federations (IFs) and IF umbrella organizations (ASOIF, AIOWF, ARISF, SportAccord, etc.).

Its responsibilities include:
 

• liaising with stakeholders;
• actively promoting WADA and its mission;
• coordinating projects relating to education & communications;
• coordinating implementation of the World Anti-Doping Code.
